What we collect
When you use FoldOps or submit a form on our website, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and business name
- Your trade, service area, and current website URL
- Device and browser information when you visit our website
When FoldOps researches a business or prepares a private concept, we may also collect:
- Publicly available business details and contact information
- Public website, directory, profile, and social-page information
- Materials you later provide or approve for an authorized project
If you approve the optional Google Business Profile management service, FoldOps may also receive the profile access and content needed to perform that agreed work.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Research and prepare a private, business-specific website concept
- Communicate with you about your project
- Verify business facts, scope approved work, and provide requested support
FoldOps may also use supportable public information to:
- Understand the business’s existing web presence
- Create a private, independent concept before contact
- Identify which facts require owner verification before publication
For the optional $49/month profile-management service, authorized information is used only for the approved profile claim, optimization, posts, photo updates, review strategy, and reporting.
Private concepts and publication
A pre-contact FoldOps concept is private and independent. It is not represented as official, commissioned, endorsed, or owner-approved.
Nothing is published as the business’s official website without owner approval. The owner verifies business facts and scope before any approved publication.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate FoldOps services, such as hosting, form delivery, and project tooling.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and project records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver approved work, maintain required business records, or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting us, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
