What we collect

When you use FoldOps or submit a form on our website, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and business name
  • Your trade, service area, and current website URL
  • Device and browser information when you visit our website

If you use the optional Google Business Profile Add-On, we also collect:

  • Your Google Business Profile login or access credentials
  • Photos and content for Google Posts
  • Review and insights data from your profile

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Build and deliver your custom website
  • Communicate with you about your project
  • Provide ongoing support and updates

If you use the Google Business Profile Add-On, we also use your information to:

  • Claim, verify, and optimize your Google Business Profile
  • Create and publish weekly Google Posts
  • Generate monthly insights reports

Google Business Profile data

If you use the Google Business Profile Add-On, we access your profile to make updates on your behalf. This includes posting content, responding to reviews, and updating business information.

Your profile is always yours. We manage it on your behalf while the add-on is active. If you cancel, all access is revoked and your profile remains unchanged.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate FoldOps services (hosting, Google APIs for GBP management). All providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Data retention

We retain project records and GBP management data for the duration of your FoldOps engagement plus 90 days. After that, records are deleted. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Project files and client records are stored in encrypted databases.
