SERVICE.

1. Service description

FoldOps builds one-time websites for local service businesses and offers optional Google Business Profile management. FoldOps may prepare a private concept before contact; it is not official or published without owner approval.

2. How it works

Research and concept: FoldOps reviews supportable public business information, the current web presence, and local context before preparing a business-specific direction.

Approved work: The owner verifies business facts, chooses the package, and agrees to the final scope before publication.

3. Billing

Starter: $179 one-time for a single-page website.
Pro: $349 one-time for a 3–5 page website.
Custom: $549+ one-time for a larger multi-page build.
Google Business Profile management: $49 per month when selected.

The owner confirms the applicable package, business facts, deliverables, and any custom scope before approved work begins. Approved website deliverables are portable and customer-owned, subject to any third-party licenses identified in the agreed scope.

The optional $49/month profile-management service does not begin unless separately approved and can be cancelled anytime.

All fees are in USD.

4. Cancellation

A private pre-contact concept creates no purchase obligation. Either party may decline to proceed.

Website packages are one-time purchases. The optional profile-management service can be cancelled at any time. Unless otherwise agreed:

• No unapproved publication will occur
• Approved, paid-for deliverables remain portable and customer-owned
• Profile management stops at the end of the current paid period after cancellation
• Third-party hosting or domain charges remain subject to those providers
• You can request export or deletion of eligible project data

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information (name, phone, services, hours, service area)
• Provide timely feedback during the build process
• Not use the website or services provided for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Keep your contact information current

6. Scope and approval

Before final work begins, the owner confirms the business facts, package, deliverables, and publication scope. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

7. Intellectual property

Approved, paid-for website deliverables are customer-owned and portable, subject to disclosed third-party licenses. FoldOps design processes, templates, and tools remain the property of FoldOps. You may not resell or sublicense FoldOps services.

8. Limitation of liability

FoldOps does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, customers, sales, or revenue. We are not liable for visitor behavior, platform changes, search-engine decisions, or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to fees paid under the applicable approved scope.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
