1. Service description

FoldOps builds custom websites for local service businesses. Our tiers are Starter (single-page), Pro (3–5 pages), and Custom (larger multi-page builds) — all one-time website builds designed to establish trust and convert visitors into calls. Optionally, clients can add the Google Business Profile Add-On, which provides profile optimization, weekly posts, review strategy, and monthly insights.

2. How it works

Starter Site: We audit your current web presence, design and build a custom website for your trade and area, and launch it. You own the site outright after delivery.

Google Business Profile Add-On (optional): If added, FoldOps claims, verifies, and manages your Google Business Profile. We post weekly, manage reviews, upload photos, and send you monthly insights reports.

3. Billing

Starter: $497 one-time (single-page site).
Pro: $997 one-time (3–5 page site).
Custom: $1,497+ one-time (larger multi-page builds, scoped to your business).

Payment is due upon delivery. You own the site — there are no recurring charges for the website itself.

Google Business Profile Add-On: $149 per month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts. Billing begins when the add-on goes live.

All fees are in USD.

4. Cancellation

The Starter Site is a one-time purchase — there is nothing to cancel. You own it.

The Google Business Profile Add-On can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel the add-on:

  • GBP management and posting stops at the end of the current billing period
  • Your Google Business Profile remains yours — it was always yours
  • Your website remains live and unaffected
  • You can request export or deletion of your data

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information (name, phone, services, hours, service area)
  • Provide timely feedback during the build process
  • Not use the website or services provided for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
  • Keep your contact information current

6. Google Business Profile access

If you add the Google Business Profile Add-On, you authorize FoldOps to access and manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf. This includes posting content, updating business information, and responding to reviews. See our Privacy Policy for full data handling and Google Business Profile access details.

7. Intellectual property

The website built for your business is owned by you. FoldOps design processes, templates, and tools remain the property of FoldOps. You may not resell or sublicense FoldOps services.

8. Limitation of liability

FoldOps is a website design and digital presence service, not a guarantee of revenue. We are not liable for visitor behavior, scheduling conflicts, or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
